All bookings will be provided with contact details and information of where to locate your hut keys.

Cars are to be parked in the designated parking spaces on the left hand side as you enter the site. Spinney View Shepherds Huts will not accept any liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.

NO Smoking please inside the Shepherds Huts, however guests are able to smoke on the patio. We offer maximum occupancy of 2 persons/Shepherd hut and a minimum 2 night stay.

Bookings from our website.
Payments by bacs, and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. A deposit of 30% of the booking total is required for each booking.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance must be paid 28 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival then a charge equal to 30% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 21 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Firepits/BBQs are available with each hut and are used at own risk. Please ensure the BBQ is left in the same condition as it is found, there is a non stick washable mat to cook on please use it. Only use wood provided or charcoal. NEVER leave the bbq or firepit unattended and ensure they are safe to leave before heading inside. The BBQ and firepits are for use on the graveled patio area only, NEVER place the BBQ or firepit on the bark/grassed areas, under the shepherds hut or near to the Hot Tub as this could damage them. There will be a charge for any damage incurred.

Hot Tubs

• Use the toilet and shower before entering the hot tub. 

• Not wear sun tan lotions, spray tans or skin creams in the hot tub. 

• Not use the spa after a heavy meal or under the influence of alcohol or sedatives. 

• Keep your head above the water in the hot tub.

• Not exceed 15 minutes’ immersion in the hot tub at a time.

• Not exceed the maximum number of bathers (one per seat). 

• Seek medical advice before entering the hot tub if you’re pregnant, have health problems, or are immunosuppressed. 

• The water has been changed prior to your arrival so please check temperature before use. In unusual cases such as freezing temperatures, we may need to prohibit the use of the hot tub to ensure they are not damaged. Under these rare circumstances a refund will not be available.

• We will check the hot tub daily and inform you when it can next be used.

The huts

If any electrical items within the Shepherd huts appear faulty or shows any sign of damage, please contact us immediately on 07988765655.

No items are to be removed from the Shepherd huts. Anything found to be missing will be charged for. Any breakages if possible, will be dealt with immediately. However, faults or issues reported at the end of stay cannot be addressed and no refund can be given. The name provided on the booking will be solely responsible for the behaviour of all individuals and for any breakages or damages that may be caused during your stay. A hut left in an unacceptable condition will be charged a cleaning fee.

Check in begins at 3pm and we ask that guests arrive before 8.00pm. If for any reason you are going to be late please contact us with as much notice as possible.

Check out by 10.00am on your departure day. Please be prompt as we need to prepare for our next visitors.

​

Please respect our other guests and keep noise to a minimum, no noise to be made after 22.00pm. (Failure could result in you being asked to leave site)

Dogs 

Well behaved dogs are allowed in our Shepherd huts. Please do not leave dog/s unattended in the hut whilst you go out for the day. There will be a charge for any damage caused by your pet.

Dogs are allowed loose in your own private garden. Please do not let your dog dig or bark continuously at other guests. Dogs must be kept on leads in public areas and there is a dog walking field above the camping field. Please pick up after your dog and use bins provided.

When using our website booking system it requires the collection of personal information which is securely held via our booking system. By placing a booking on this system it is a contractual arrangement between you and Spinney View Shepherds Huts. You do have the right to request a copy of the information held by contacting us at spinneyviewhuts@gmail.com.
